It is with great pleasure I recommend to you Breakthrough Church Consultations and its founder, Dillard Wilbanks. I have had the pleasure of serving as Dillard’s associate on a church staff while he was in Texas. Dillard has also served as part of the church health team for the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. In both these roles. I have watched Dillard serve with excellence in leadership and knowledge base while assisting churches accomplish Great Commission work.

Dillard’s service has been invaluable to the structure of the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. As a Specialist in Church Health, he has greatly assisted in our program for church revitalization, the Ezekiel Project. Dillard’s unique position has allowed him to work with pastors and churches around the state of Texas in launching this Ezekiel Project work.

Dillard’s toolkit includes extensive research on relevant cultural issues for the church, such as ministry to boomers. His experience as a Minister of Education has proven essential to his participation in leading conferences on church growth, Sunday School ministry, and serving as a mentor for education ministers around the state.

Breakthrough Church Consultations was launched in Texas in 2004. The local assistance Dillard has provided churches in this area will be missed in our region. His 2010 relocation to Georgia is a great benefit for churches and education ministers in the Southeast.
